All of the workers and Dr. Caswell are just so welcoming. They are all so happy to see you... When you are getting treated they talk to you about things that had/has happened lately so you don't get bored. Everything they talk about just seems to put a SMILE☺on your face.

The workers are very personable.

Dr. Caswell and her staff are like aunties...they are all so sweet, caring, gentle, fun and respecful. The office (Ward location) is...very unique, neat, clean, organized and super comfortable. There are no faults or negativity there, even the bathroom is beautiful!

I just came back from my ortho appt. The are so sweet! My mom likes the coffee.
